COVID-19 NOTE:

Please call for policies pertaining to office procedures for COVID-19. We currently require masks to be worn while in our facility.

Cancellations within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment or No-Shows will be charged at 100% of your massage session fee. Fees are due before your next appointment. Insurance does not pay for missed appointments, the client does.

If you arrive late, your time on the table will be shortened. Your appointment will still end at the originally scheduled time. The full session fee for the scheduled session will be charged.

Payment for all sessions is due in full by the end of the session except for pre-approved deferred payment such as insurance. If you wish to apply for deferred or third party payment, including insurance or letter of protection, it is necessary to contact us in advance of scheduling.

Clients are not to bring their children or their pets to their massage session.

Parents have the right to be present in the treatment room at all times when bringing a minor to receive massage therapy.

Our office is scent-free. Please do not wear scented clothing or body products including hair products, perfume, essential oils, scented lotions, scented fabric softener, scented detergents, cigarette smoke, etc. Please do not bring food or coffee into the office. Many of our clients and office staff are very sensitive to scents.

If you are ill, please call to notify us in advance of your appointment. We prefer 24+ hours notice. If you are ill please do not come into the office.

We serve medically fragile clients, an illness can be very serious for them. Our therapists cannot work if they become contagiously ill, to protect the office, our clients, and you. We work hard to keep the office safe for our clients.

Gift Certificates are to be used by the expiration date. A no-show for a scheduled session to redeem a Gift Certificate will void the Gift Certificate. Gift Certificates are transferable, with permission of the original recipient and TTM. The Gift Certificate must be presented at time of session to be redeemed in payment of the session.
