Bonnie McNairn, LMT

The first professional massages I received were to treat my own serious back injury in 1996. Through that injury I learned the humility of pain and disability and discovered the healing gift of manual medicine: therapeutic massage. As my back healed I enrolled in massage school. Since then I have developed a great passion for practicing massage and bodywork. Much of my learning comes day to day from my clients. However, I also love to learn more through clinical and classroom education from masters of manual medicine.

In my practice of therapeutic massage I call on two decades of intuition, compassion and clinically-informed touch to encourage presence and wholeness, and to optimize the functioning of systems and movement. I listen carefully to the words, movements and tissues of my clients to inform the work needed to restore organization and ease throughout the body.

I have been practicing as a Licensed Massage Therapist since 1997, am Nationally Board Certified in Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork since 1999.
